What to expect during a Reiki Session
During your 60 minute reiki session, Ki energy is activated through the palms of my hands for the purpose of healing and well-being over various energy centers of your body.
You are fully clothed and reclined on a massage table as your body draws the energy to where it needs to go.
You might feel heat or a tingling sensation or just deep relaxation as you lie still.
